NEW CLIENTS:

We are happy in meeting new clients & we are currently taking new clients for color, cut & extension services. 

If you're interested in becoming a new B&B client, Please message us the following steps:

- Send 2-4 inspiration pictures

- 2-3 year color history, this also includes any chemical history such as Keratin Treatments or Relaxer Treatments.

- Send front, back, & side pictures of your current hair. Natural light preferably. 


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please Reschedule or Cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a charge of half the service you're scheduled for. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% if service.

Please be aware if you arrive after 15 minute window, we may not be able to do the service that scheduled for and will have to reschedule your appointment for which a cancellation fee will be applied. We take pride and importance on all our clients time and service and will not be rushed.


APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

New Client & Existing Clients there will be a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required prior to booking an appointment as well as a card on file in order to reserve your spot. 

Please avoid bringing any guest at the time of your appointment. Space is limited and any guests who do not have an appointment will be asked to leave.
